Filled out online application through the company’s website. Weeks later, I was contacted for a phone interview. Weeks later, had initial phone interview. Weeks later, had a face to face interview. My biggest concern is the lack of follow up and length of time to make decisions. If you’re not interested in the candidate, disposition or at least follow up. Very disappointing.
