Attended the OH interview in Cincinnati Ohio on February 6. I had filled out the application online and was invited to that open house. Everything is as other people have explained, sign in, you get a number in the order that you show up. Everyone on the panel introduces themselves and you watch a couple of videos and have a brief Q & A session. They go into detail about pay and life as a flight attendant, which is the truth, I used to fly for Comair. Then a break, if you are not interested you can leave at this break. Then you come back in order of your number. Go up by rows, state your name, answer a question and read a card. After everyone is done you are given a 40 minute break so they can go over notes and decide who they want to stay. They will call out numbers, one group goes to one room, the other to the other room. One is dismissed one goes on to the 1:1 interview session. If you make to the 1:1, you meet with one member, give them resume, SS card and drivers license, passport if you have one. Then once you go to the 1:1 you will meet with one person who will ask questions then another and finally HR, she will go over resume ask some additional questions and tells you will be notified by email either way. Pretty simple process. Now I have to say if you have visible tattoos-forget it. Two of the people who made it to the second round were dismissed because of their tatoos. They are very strict on this. Also a lot of people never made it to the second round because of their appearance. This is a professional interview, dress the part or don't waist your or their time. Also act professional, speak proper, body language etc. You don't have to go out and buy a suit or anything, black dress paints and a white button up will do. Everyone was very nice, but again they feel if you can't take the time to make yourself look and act professional then they do not want you. Plain and simple. So if you are invited to an OH and this is something you really want to do, then take the time to make yourself presentable. You get one shot! Best of luck! (I'm waiting to find out)
