They fly you out to the headquarters. You're in a room with other candidates. You do a few activities with groups and then break out into smaller groups for group interviewing. The interview process was a few hours long. After the interview process, they ask people to leave, one by one. I got the offer the same day on the plane ride home.

Tell us about a scenario where you were under pressure and you had to think quickly to make a decision. What did you do and what was the outcome?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
