By far the BEST interview I've ever had. My boss started off by saying "I don't want you to think of this as an interview. I want you to just think of this as two people having conversation" and that's exactly what it was. I've never felt so comfortable and my nerves flew out the window. She didn't make me feel like a small person, she made me feel like an equal.
