The interview was very structured. They had me talk to multiple members of the team I would be working with and they all asked different questions. They were very friendly but were also very interested in finding out if I was listening to what they were saying as well.

What are the three skills that are most important for an engineer to have?
It was very straight forward. First section was online and second interview was in person. technical and behavioral interviews, process improvement discussions, troubleshooting scenarios, CAD/manufacturing questions, plant tours, and assessments evaluating communication, problem-solving, and hands-on engineering experience.

The interview process was short and easy. In total the process was less than 2 weeks for a pre screening and interview. Everyone was helpful and easy to talk to.
