First step was HR Interview with short behaviral questions? the interview lasted 15 minutes
The second interview was a technical interview with about 7 managers and Engineers
The third was an onsite interview just to get to know you- But at this point, they already made a decision.

It was smooth and was able to answer all questions , mostly it was technical and about growth in the role I was interested in and where I see myself in the role

It was smooth. It was an interview with 3 people for 3 hours. They each had questions regarding my experience in process engineering and background. They also asked about my current role in the technical field
