Short. Maybe 45 minutes and some discussion of graphs. Interviewer did mention they like to try to hire from Penn State. Thry said it was important to know that the employee wouldn't leave as they had a lot of recent turnover.

Intitial email to set up phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with recruiter (basic questions asked), set up interview with hiring manager (questions revolving around position), interview with manager. Overall was a straight forward process
