The first interview is just light and based on how you will respond to different situations, like how would you rank all the things you have to do to efficiently finish everything, and what if the deadline schedules had changed to an earlier date, etc. Also some questions about you like what do you enjoy doing, etc.. The second interview is more focused on the job position and related on how you will handle problems in managing data.
