Initial contact was made by HR for a screening interview. I advanced to meet with 2 potential hiring managers. They had a list of questions prepared by HR that they went through. The final interview was with the group VP and another manager. Towards the end the VP tried putting me on the spot regarding salary. Overall it was your typical interview process. I ended up turning down the job because 1. it wasn't the right job for me. 2. there appeared to be little room for advancement. 3. the salary was extremely low.
