Submittted resume online. Got called for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited to Pittsburgh, PA for a "Super Day" of interviews. Few to no technical questions. Mostly behavioral to test for fit within the firm.
Easy with an OA and behavioral interview later. The OA was very math heavy. The interviewer was very friendly. I didn't like the company however that much so I rejected.

I had one interview and was offered the job within two weeks after the interview. It was mostly behavioral questions and maybe 1 technical question. The person that interviewed me was kind and accommodating
