Five interviews. Hiring and interview process was fairly easy. Very conversational. Three interviews took place on same day. I was told that I would be able to do some things that weren't possible after I joined.

Very unprofessional, They actually recruited me and I agreed to go through the interview process. After interviewing with three senior level employees they never even called me back to say I did not get the job. I called the recruiter several times and she never called back or responded. Finally, I called one of the interviewers on his cell phone and he told me that they went in another direction. Employers want you to be accountable but they can't seem to deliver that same respect.
