Very long process, but well worth the wait! Interview very informal, 2 in person, 3 over the phone - one over the phone was with traders who quizzed on statistics and market info - very intense! Overall pleasant experience, glad to finally be starting a career. Has very good potential for long term growth and very good monetary rewards. Has opened me up to a great outlook on the future.
