Basic Phone interview followed by a Skype interview with three people. Asked questions probing more about personality and work ethic. Takes a type A personality that has a competitive drive and is outgoing and can easily hold a conversation. Extensive training is offered so the interviewers look for a person to fit the job and mould not necessarily someone who already has all the knowledge.
