Why did you choose this job position? How do you cope with stress?
They contact you to go to a specific IQ/personality/math skills/language skills test that last 3 hours (and takes as much to complete)
After that you have to talk to a psychologist to evaluate you and ask you inappropriate questions and only then and there you find out ,through soft skills, that the position you applied is just a temporal substitution for a maternity/paternity leave or something like that?!
After all is said and done they never contact you again even when you contact them?!
