Very very Worst company.I applied this job through naukri.hr contact me and scheduled first interview.four members panel interviewed me and iam selected.after they went for IT head interview i selected too.they asked me my documents and pay slips everything.They send me planetcast joining form and i filled it and submitted.Now they are not sending offer letter.And asking continuously they said you have one more round.they schedule it and waited for 2 days they said you are not selected.In second round they didn't ask any technical questions.just normal questions,even though iam not selected

It varies from 3 rounds to 4 rounds which includes normal discussion followed by Conceptual round and programming round the at last managerial round with hr discussion for salary. Try to be clear and ask with updated salary structure based o market response and take everything on written
