Entrevista
Interviewed for a FT role, went through 3 phone screens, all of varying nature. 1st phone screen was fit/basic technicals, 2nd was with a director who was extremely laid back and was mainly looking for cultural fit, 3rd round was where I was dinged I believe. Older associate who hemmed and hawed on each technical, going very in-depth in regards to the workings of LBOs in addition to building out statements by hand to calculate 2 year changes across the financial statements.

Intro call then first round then super day. Intro call was conversational and essentially a coffee chat. First round was technical and super day was a mix of market, behavioral, and technical.
Overall good and friendly. But in the end unsuccessful meaning you should be very precise on your answers and there isn't room for mistakes. It was also mostly technical and a few behavioral questions
