Phone interview then two in-person interviews with staff at various levels. It seemed to be very entry-level and they did not ask a lot of technical questions. The entire interview was not very well structured but they were all friendly and offered a lot of support. However, this was not the most competitive offer I have seen for this type of position in the area and they did not give a lot of time to make a decision/review. The organization seemed a little disorganized and had a lot of new staff.
