I actually applied on two separate occasions for the same position. First time I interviewed with them I thought I had a great conversation, didn't make it to the next round. Six months pass by and I apply again and receive an email from the same person that interviewed me wanting to schedule a conversation. I schedule it, the day arrives but I never received a phone call. I email them asking if they want to reschedule but never received a response.
Smooth not too hard not too much pressure was a nice everyone nice people didn’t mind it at all had fun and enjoyed my time there I liked the time that I had spent in the interview room

Quick phone call that then leads to an in person interview in the city. The interview was with 2 people almost like a good cop vs bad cop just grilling you with questions about you’re experience and why you want to work for them.
