I recently completed a 30-minute Zoom interview for an EV battery consultant position, speaking directly with the COO of the Sacramento office. The interview focused on three main areas: my knowledge of EV battery manufacturing processes, my previous work experiences and how they relate to battery manufacturing, and my project management background. The conversation quickly escalated into discussions about my working methodology for solving technical issues and managing complex projects. The interview concluded with questions about my current client network and potential access to contacts within the EV industry, likely to assess my ability to bring business development opportunities to their consulting practice.
