I applied on LinkedIn and got a request for a 30 minute phone meeting with the recruiter. I was asked to fill out an “official” application on the company website. We went over my background, why I was looking to leave my current company, and the position that was open at PEI. A few days later I got a call to come in for a meeting with the procurement team. I met with two leads, the director and another buyer on the team. The team that interviewed me was really friendly and easy to talk to. It was a STAR style interview, they also went into deeper depth on the company and on position responsibilities.
