Challenging. The panel presented a hypothetical situation and then all the candidates tried to solve the problem both individual and as a team. The best candidates then passed to a second stage where they had individual interviews with the panel. Finally, the HHRR analyst gave their feedback to each candidate in order to let them know if they continued in the process or not.
