The first round was with the hiring manager with some basic questions about day to day and technical ability. The second round is with a panel of high-level leadership. My first round was great and my feedback was that I was an excellent fit. Once I hit the panel interview I had terrible internet issues because of a storm. My interview last maybe 10 minutes because of this. I apologized repeatedly and asked to re-interview. I was told it would be ok but days later was rejected with zero empathy. I'll never apply or work here again.

Recruiter screen followed by panel interview. Focused on behavioral and product based questions. A recent team acquisition meant they themselves were looking to integrate into the setup and seemed clueless

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of two interviews, both over Teams. The first interview I was asked questions about my professional background, product related questions and expectations of my next role. I was able to ask questions about culture and relationship with engineering as well.
The second interview was with the director where I was asked about what a good day and a bad day looks like for me professionally. The rest of the interview was reviewing the culture, moving up in the company, and overall how folks enjoy working at PDI. Both were pleasant conversations and I appreciate how they work quickly.
