The interview process was fairly easy. It started at the career fair where I spoke to the head of HR and then I was asked to go out to dinner with some of the former interns. After that I waited roughly 8 weeks till I heard back from her again and then we set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly filled with generic questions from a list, no real conversation.
