First step is to go through a digital interview that contains 4-5 questions. If selected, next step is a real interview (had mine through teams). All things considered the process was not that stressful.

Career plans for the future?
Not too many difficult questions but it would be beneficial to prepare for some tricky ones.
They were quick with responses and hired quickly after giving the interview. They also were very transparent about the whole process. They answer every question you might have thoroughly and are very nice.

I received an email from the recruitment team and was asked to do a video interview to further rounds.
The process was smooth and easy. Unfortunately I couldn't make it.
I wish I could work full time with them.

This was a pretty straightforward interview. Asked me about my resume, projects, and interest in construction. Typical HR style interview. Friendly, and easy. Would recommend reading about the history of the company
