It was taken by three people, two from HR, one from the technical department. Questions on health, safety, previous coop experience was asked. It was 30 mins long and virtual. They also asked salary expectations.
Candidates complete a one-way SparkHire interview, with unlimited preparation time and multiple recording attempts per question, allowing thoughtful responses without live interaction or scheduling constraints during the application screening stage.

The interview process was relatively straightforward. At the time, there was an asynchronous online interview portion for which I was contacted for an interview call, which was conducted online due to COVID-19.
