Found job posting on school's career website; got a phone call from HR the next day. We went over my resume and background. Scheduled interview to meet with management (cfo and vp); was called back and offered the position later that day. Company's really great; you can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. Management is also very experienced and nice; very approachable and wants you to learn. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend this internship to anyone interested in private equity or real estate.
