Received an email notifying that my resume was impressive and being considered and scheduled a pre-interview. The pre-interviewer assured me that it went well and I'm a strong candidate and will be passed onto the final interview. Never heard from them again. Ghosting applicants halfway through the hiring process is terrible practice and reflective of the company.
