Phone interview in which a face to face was not set up but was called back a few days later to be scheduled. Face to face interview was one on one with 5 different people in a row. Interviews were very casual and not structured, past employment and skills were discussed as well as the company itself was discussed in detail. Very informative and positive interview process.
