A recruiter reached out to me and had an informal interview . Asked about my experience and afterward was invited to take an excel test. After the test, they would send my results/resume/notes to the hiring manager and they would decide to contact me. I was contacted via email by the hiring manager and I responded after a couple of hours and then was ghosted. No response and I followed up a week later.
