After three days from my apply for position of Java Developer they call'd me on interview in their office in Belgrade.
First , after they nicely introduce me company and make me coffee they gave me HR and technical test to solve.
I had one hour to solve it ,its technical test with questions from different programming languages so they can see how many languages you know.After test that they call'd team leader and one senior to ask me various questions about Java EE and Spring.Usually i was explaining my project that i have finished at final year at my Faculty.
Such a worst experience. I did interview at Umlaut Private limited which is formerly called as P3 group.i have completed 2 technical rounds in a day and then they have told me that they will get back to me. after 2 weeks again I got call to come for managerial discussion on that day I did HR package discussion. They said they will soon let me know the progress of job application. But till now I didn't got any response from them even after mailing them several times they didn't responded back. Atleast give respect to the one who attended interview , this seems very disrespectful by not even replying to the mail. Positive or negative it's a basic manners to respond for the mail. Worst company , fraudulent interview process just waste of time.
