The first round consisted of various tests and open conversations with HR and the rest of the candidates.The tests were technical as well as personality tests. The second round was an interview with two engineers without HR.They asked technical questions as well as logical. The first round was easy,however the second round I got nervous as it was my first ever job interview. I thought the interview went well,however I got rejected because of "lack of communication skills" but my technical knowledge was on point. It seems being nervous is a deal-breaker.
