Quick and easy. All he asks of employees is that they show up on time, work hard for the whole day, and make the customers happy. The boss is always happy when his customers are happy, and he is very generous to employees when they exceed expectations. We got some fridays off if we finished work early, and we would get paid for a forty hour week.
