The recruitment process was set up a headhunter. First round was an online test on stats/math/logic. Second round was a call with a senior researcher, where we discussed stats, finance, computer science, and machine learning models.

Had a vide an interview with the hiring manager after submitting my CV. They explained the future process. About a week later received a generic email from the HR that there were better fitting candidates.
HR replied really fast. Mostly talk about the cv, nothing technicals, questions about recent market news. Will have a coding test if you pass the first round. Don't think they provide training to new joiners, and they expect you have tons of relevant experience
