I was really excited to apply for this position, I felt like I was the perfect fit so I was saddened that it didn't result in an offer. However, I really like the company and the people that I interviewed with. The process took a few weeks between interviews, and I declined a job offer during this time because I really wanted this position at Overit and felt they really liked me too (huge learning lesson). Sadly the 3rd round interview was canceled the day before and they told me they were going with another Candidate.
