First interview was very short. The environment was friendly and inviting. There wasn't a lot of depth to the first interview. They are more just trying to gauge who you are and if you are a fit. Made it to the second round, and the questions were more in depth and harder. They really made you think.

1st round interview was 15 minutes. It was very quick and comfortable. It's kind of hidden in Bellevue so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there. Made it to the second round where a Corporate Trainer interviewed me. It was a 30-40 minute interview with more in depth questions around your skill-set and experience.
