I was invited to an interview and what was meant to be a 30-minute discussion turned into a grueling 45-minute back and forth about demand and growth marketing tactics and my lack of experience in them as a product marketing manager. I was then told to expect to hear back within 3 days and they just ghosted me. Horrible stuff.
