There isn't a specific interview process, you just do the work for a day and if it goes well they set you up with payroll and on a schedule. If it doesn't, they pay you for the day and part ways. I Worked for 6 years here, Often taking turns creating the schedule in a position here known as "backporch". Took over when former management left.
