Applied near Christmas, got a call back two days ago, had interview the next day. When I got there they asked me if I wanted a drink, I got water to be polite, and the assistant manager came over and we had a wonderful conversation, she asked me a lot of just random getting to know me questions, then the store manager came over and asked me two distinct questions, after that hired on the spot.
It was about a 10 min conversation that was conducted in-person. They asked about my availability, my experience, and my skills. It was more like a conversation than an interview.

the interview process consisted of 2 interviews with each of the general managers. The interviews were short and focused on customer service experience and what you would do in certain situations.

Interview with manager. Very professional. Asked questions and offered a job on the spot. Accepted. Manager is friendly. I would recommend interviewing with them. I also brought a resume that they reviewed
