2 interviews with district manager and store manager. Both interviews lasted approximately 1 hour and covered a range of questions about my experience and qualifications. The final interview included several scenarios where I would relate my experiences problem solving either customer or employee issues.

You are submitted by your proprietor to the district person then have an interview with them. Then you have to wait three to four weeks for all of the paperwork to come through for a minimum salary position that they still expect you to pick up shifts.
