- 5 interviews: the first interview is just to know you; the second is a techicnal interview where your skills are evaluated; the third is personality evaluation; in the fourth interview you are evaluated by the company's CEO; and if you make to the last interview you'll be face to face with the company's HR
- there's the need for approval in each interview before you can take the next one
