Two step Process, first was interview with HR and soon after that technical interview. Short time between interviews, that was good.
Pleasant athmosphere in both interviews. Short time from interview period to job offer. Relevant questions asked in both interviews.

Entrevista
Everything went smoothly. Process included three rounds, all with a different focus and participants. I was able to gather a solid understanding of the position in question. Additionally, I was given a possibility to ask a lot of questions, good answers were provided. Atmosphere was open and honest, both parties were searching for a good match in a polite way. Well done.

Questions were about past work history, competence areas, technical topics, personal qualities, motivation factors, how I deal with difficult situations etc.
I spoke with the recruiter for 30 minutes, typical hr questions. The I was told I’d advance and the next interview was with the HM. They rescheduled the HM manager interview 3 times and then emailed the role had been cancelled.

Entrevista
Interviewed three separate times with different members of the team. Mostly technical and asked questions about my resume and most recent work history. They shared their perspectives on the company and expectations for the role. It was an overall positive experience, and was excited about the opportunity to work at Oura.
