The entire process seemed very standard, 1 screening call with the recruiter and then 3 follow-up video calls with the department manager and various team members. A few days after the final call I was given a verbal offer from the recruiter after those calls and followed up with them a day later. Then I was presented with the formal offer. The whole process only took about 2 weeks and each video call was about 45 minutes. I was very satisfied with the process.
