Everyone was very nice. Waiting on call back. I submitted my resume and background check. They asked my goals, values, and past experiences pertaining to working with customer service. It two about a month to get interview after I submitted my resume and application.

Had a virtual interview, did a writing test, then an in-person interview. Never heard back from them after that. It would've been nice just to hear that I didn't get the position.
