No suit or tie needed. Good discussion about past experiences and expectations for the roles they were hiring for. Received an offer on Phone for Contractor/ Freelance role. Overall, positive experience. Would recommend for more experienced freelancers / Job applicants. Would not recommend for those seeking training and/or entry-level candidates.
