There were 3 interview stages: pre-interview phone call, an official interview with the region manager and sales manager, and then a final interview with the division counterpart for the admin assistant position. Every interaction was positive, genuine, and unpretentious. It made it easy to be myself and give more authentic, insightful answers regarding myself and my experience.
