The process setup , and went very well initially, with Orion group acting as the recruitment agency. however when it became evident that the company interviewing for wasnt coming back with feedback, Orion group stated they would investigate, then done little to nothing, even escalating the issue with them, still little to nothing, soon getting to the point of where they refuse to answer emails all together. in my opinion they are just vultures looking for the quick easy win, then discarding what they find unappealing. if you need to go through an agency to apply for a job dont use these.
