Via Zoom, very casual,...it was arranged very quickly from the time I submitted my application. The entire team was part of the interview (over two different days) and that was great, good opportunity to meet everyone I would be working with.

What do you know about Insurance and would you be open to learning about insurance. How would you go about learning about the industry?
30 minute video call. Asked entirely about technical terms and skills related to the job. Interviewer was pretty rude honestly, telling me that I was only being considered due to a certification I obtained. Following the interview, was told I would hear back within the week. I was then ghosted by the company and never heard back at all. For a small company I honestly expected better, but it is what it is.
