There were two rounds of interviews both times there was the department manager and one other department head from a separate department that had interactions with the unit. Both rounds were in person and lasted roughly an hour. Showing up 15 early allowed a chance to be given the list of interview questions ahead of time to allow preparation.
It's an awkward process because you will sit in front of the panel of 2 or more interviewers and basically interview yourself. You can choose to answer the provided questions in any order but will have to touch on them all. The questions will be focused on behavior-based questions and the best way to answer them is SOAR. Situation example, Obstacles you faced, Action(s) you took to solve, Results of your actions.
