Involved a recruiter screen and was asked general questions about my background and a general overview my technical skills. We also reviewed my resume and I was asked about the jobs and projects I had on there.

Entrevista
Straight forward. Everyone was friendly. The technical interview was well done. With a couple of employees we worked through some actual code and discussed issues and places where it could be improved.

Phone interview followed by an in person interview that had a standardized list of questions to answer and then work through a problem on a white board. There were 3 or 4 people in the room.
