Everyone was polite, friendly, and welcoming, The times from the first call with HR to the job offer was less than a month. In addition to things specific to the position, I was very impressed by Orca's benefits and the company culture as it was described (which I now see to be well described and accurate). I was impressed by the technical test since I didn't experience other companies gauging technical knowledge as effectively as this. Also, I felt the number of interviews was appropriate -- some companies have five or more separate ones, which gets a little crazy.
